I couldn’t recommend personal training with Drake highly enough. Focused but fun, he puts you at ease and has you achieving goals and results you can’t imagine when you start out. Drake adapts the training to those highly experienced with gyms to those that aren’t . He calls it as he sees it and helps you take accountability for planning your health and fitness as a priority.
