Real people with great industry knowledge. Quick and great service on installing a new dishwasher. The service was more expensive than originally anticipated because they’d identified (and repaired!) prior installation issues that I would not have known about otherwise. Would gladly hire JB’s again.

I try to get my customer's to understand that im there for them. I explain everything that their appliances are going to need and why. I also try to help them understand how to prevent things from happening.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i worked at Sears for 4 years and maintained my general appliance certification through all major brands like Whirlpool,kenmore,lg,samsung, bosch, Speed Queen, and more.
