Jaron was knowledgable and professional. In. This case he gave me the quote and advice that it would be better to buy a new one instead of him fixing it. Which is opposite of his best interest. I would recommend JB for any of your appliance needs.

i keep my prices 20 to 30 percent below blue books
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get my customer's to understand that im there for them. I explain everything that their appliances are going to need and why. I also try to help them understand how to prevent things from happening.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i worked at Sears for 4 years and maintained my general appliance certification through all major brands like Whirlpool,kenmore,lg,samsung, bosch, Speed Queen, and more.
