- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to lawn maintenance I have a minimum charge for taking care of a property and the price can go up depending on the size of the property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with meeting the client. Introduction is the most important part of this job as well as professionalism. I always show up when expected, talk them through the process of the work they are looking to have done, ask if they have a budget in mind which is very important and do everything I can to get the work completed within there means.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been landscaping ever since I started walking. I remember every time I went to my grandparents I would go turn on the hose an water there flowers and shrubs. My whole life I have always done this work. The past year I took it on full time. I was in the military then worked for the railroad the past 15 years.
