Laci was assisting my 91 year old mother with move out and cleaning in her house of 37 years. I did not personally meet Laci and her team but we spoke numerous times. I felt very comfortable that they were taking good and safe care with my Mother and her items. They went above and beyond what I had requested of them. I would definitely refer them to anyone needing these services.

Thank you so much. I messaged her on Saturday night, set up a date for a month out. Texted her on Sunday if she could come that day, and she did! She worked from 7 pm to 1030 pm and it looked absolutely fabulous. I was upstairs with my children while she worked downstairs, and halfway through we were noticing how good it smelt. This was my first time hiring a cleaner and I am glad I made the move. I run a daycare in my home, so let me tell you, it was a hard job.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price per room and bathroom. Unless it’s an appointment complex or business then it’s by square foot. I also include a lot more in my cleaning then most. I will also be there when I say I will!!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get hired show up on time do my job 💯 get paid and arrange another date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The training that I have acquired is from not only my day to day life but also from working with many past employers.
