- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing generally only includes labor. Any costs for parts or materials needed for the projects are not included in my quoted prices. Also, I have to charge mileage outside of 10 miles from my home because it becomes a large factor in a project’s profitability.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with them and see the project and offer them alternatives that are just as effective and not as expensive as what they may think they need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I want to college for construction and have extensive experience from my time as a missionary and in the military.
