We believe in honest, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Because every land leveling and grading project is unique—depending on the size of the lot, soil conditions, and terrain—we offer free, customized estimates. This allows us to give you an accurate price based exactly on what your property needs
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand what you're looking to achieve with your property. From there, we schedule a free site visit to assess the land and terrain in person, which allows us to provide an accurate, no-obligation estimate. Once you give us the green light, we set a schedule that works for you. Throughout the project, we pride ourselves on reliable communication, and we don't consider the job done until we've walked the site with you and made sure you're completely happy with the final grade
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While AHeard’s Excavating is a newer business, our team is backed by solid, hands-on experience in excavation and grading. We’ve learned this trade from the ground up, mastering the safe and efficient operation of skid steers, excavators, and other essential machinery. We combine this practical knowledge with a strict adherence to safety standards and industry best practices to deliver professional results on every project.
