Louie was very professional. We were going to have him & his crew do a house demolition. We decided instead to sell the property. However, I would hire Louie and his company if I ever had that option in the future. He helped me to understand what was involved in demo'ing a house and was very prompt with his inspection and contract and courteous in all our conversations.

I wish I could choose all 5 options for what I like about working with Louie & Sons! He responded the same day I sent my inquiry. He came out the next morning to look at the project, prepared a quote that day, and started work within the week. He explained everything he would do and is very personable—not at all condescending as many can be to a female client. I have already planned to have him give me a quote for a second project. The original project was fixing a “bridge” where the steel culvert tube had rusted out and caused the “bridge” to cave in.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can't see there project from my house. I try to give a fair price on a text I like to walk around the site and to talk to my clients.Get a feel of what they want to accomplished.I give Senior citizens 15% off.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talking to them on there turf, what there going to spend there hard earn money on to make changes to here property that will make them happy to live there a little longer. Our customers are important to us. We want make sure they are happy when we finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
50 years OTJ and 10 hrs and 40 hrs OSHA training. A Paving & Patching Award from Mdot I having Grading,Excavating,Demolition Utilities. I have Residential and Commercial and Street and Highway work.
