- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can't see there project from my house. I try to give a fair price on a text I like to walk around the site and to talk to my clients.Get a feel of what they want to accomplished.I give Senior citizens 15% off.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talking to them on there turf, what there going to spend there hard earn money on to make changes to here property that will make them happy to live there a little longer. Our customers are important to us. We want make sure they are happy when we finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
50 years OTJ and 10 hrs and 40 hrs OSHA training. A Paving & Patching Award from Mdot I having Grading,Excavating,Demolition Utilities. I have Residential and Commercial and Street and Highway work.
