Paid for top quality and got ok at best. The salesman came in with the usual Im cutting you some great deals and I can only do this price today which shouldve been the first sign to not go with them. Decided to go with them since Jericho is supposed to be top quality. Had very poor communication from the salesman after paying the down payment. Had several issues after the project started. Cracked tile was installed in the shower and we were told the shower door would cover it (it didnt). Ceiling was patched and sprayed with a popcorn texture even though we have textured ceilings. Had to push several times for them to redo the ceiling rather than try to patch it because it didnt blend well. Shower head was broken on install and left on. Transition was installed crooked. Cabinets have marks and overspray on the inside. Tile has a mark from moving the vanity. Mesh was coming through the grout in the shower. There were other things as well, but the reason I bring that up is they only fixed those things after I brought all of that up to them. There wasnt really a quality checker besides me. There are some things that we left just because we didnt feel like dealing with them anymore. Also, it took 5 months after the original finish date before the project was complete. They did have somebody come out after the job specifically to see how they can avoid the issues they had and work better for future jobs. Hopefully they actually do use this as a learning opportunity. Just not the quality of work for the amount of money paid.

Review update: since the initial review Jericho has partnered with us to fix our shower. We are very pleased with the final product and repaired relationship. Would recommend this company and be sure to ask for Mindy if you have any concerns.Jericho installed a new shower and after 3 years the floor/shower pan has fallen through. Jericho admitted it was done incorrectly upon an inspection (in which they charged $250 to come inspect) but has now stated that they only offer a 1 year workmanship warranty. They also stated that since Im not the original home owner the warranty doesnt transfer. So what is it? A one year warranty or a transfer issue or you dont want to handle your at fault issue. So if you choose to use Jericho just know if they build/install incorrectly and use incorrect parts you only have a year for it to go bad to be under warranty. I would not recommend this company.

A phenomenal company with amazing employees doing very high quality work! We came to Jericho for our master bath full remodel after having another contractor do a smaller bath. The difference in employee and work quality was immense between the two companies. From our first sales contact with a Jericho designer we knew we had found a company we could fully trust with our home. Once we signed our contract and met our Project Manager Jim, the experience got even better. He was friendly, talented and dedicated to meeting our every need. Jim introduced us to Adam, the most talented installer we had ever met. Adam is truly an artist. He was in our home nearly every day throughout the several weeks of our project and quickly became an honorary, temporary family member. Adam gave us a truly beautiful master bath. Another area where Jericho really excelled was in the depth of their talent pool. Jim and Adam worked closely with a number of people back in their main shop on the aspects of our job that couldnt be fabricated in our home. That group did the highest quality work as well. We couldnt be happier with our completed master bath! We highly recommend Jericho to anyone needing kitchen or bath remodel.

I suspect they are price fixing within the Associations they are members of. Being told that a master bathroom averages 80K , based on "Stats" pulled from a backpack, stinks of fraud. Just "So happens" that 80K was exactly 18% of MY homes value. Interesting. By the way, 80K for 110sqf. That's $727 per SQUARE FOOT. Sounds like they do quality work, but so does the other company we bid with...and that's going to cost us 20K for the same job. Imo, They use the "Cristian Company" narrative to appeal to naive wealthy Christians. Also compared to the other companies we bid with there was a blatant disregard for our time. To walk into someone's home and ask him if they have a couple hours? The other companies were in and out in 40 mins. Jericho tried to pitch us for TWO HOURS. My prediction is that you see a lawsuit of the NARA variety soon.
