James came out and measured my yard and gave me a bid. It was the best price by far. He uses locally grown sod, a fescue blend. It wasn't an easy rectangular lawn, lots of curves and angles. He cleaned up and the yard looks amazing!

They were on time and had very good communication throughout the project.The spring clean up was meticulous. The trees and shrubs were trimmed very professionally & look great. I love the work done to redo my flower beds with new pansies & mulch. I will give them a call whenever I need more work done.

The good: They promptly replied to my request - Sent someone out to get an exact quote and sent me a contract. I signed it and that's about the end of the good... The Bad: I signed the contract April 19th - They didn't make it out to my property until May 12th. They were paid to clean leaves, treat my hardscape for weeds and pull and remove them. The leaf removal was poor - They ignored several areas and didn't pull any weeds. After sending pictures of the poor work to them they apologized, blamed wet conditions for the leaf removal, and said they would be back to finish the job. Its June 24th and that still hasn't happened despite my requests to finish the work. I paid half up front and now they've started sending me bills for the remainder despite not finishing the job which is a new level of insult to injury. Weather undoubtedly interfered but for a simple job to take over 60 days is totally unacceptable. In almost every update when I emailed them I was told my service would happen the next day or soon - Every one of these updates for the original service and second attempt were wrong. I would not accept prompt service from them and based on my experience I'm not sure you can even expect the work to be done. Today I see new weeds popping up in the areas that were supposedly chemically treated... I'm not sure what I paid accomplished anything. Extremely disappointed.

Our pricing is very competitive. We provide detailed estimates free of charge or obligation. We earn your business, and we in turn work hard to earn a happy lifelong client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give all our customers a formal bid in writing. After hiring us, we schedule the work date(s) and explain to our customers what to expect from us. We then get to work on completing the job!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have members of our staff that have over 10 years of various landscape maintenance and installation experience. We carry multiple certifications, licenses and full coverage commercial insurance as well.
