- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have subscription based pricing for our monthly and quarterly pest control service customers. We do offer onetime services for some specific pests.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once they contact us we will usually set an inspection. We do not charge for inspections. Once we assess the needs of the location we will recommend a plan of action. Guardian Pest control is never high pressure.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started in pest control in 2006 in the sunny state of Florida. Have held licenses in Kansas since 2008.
