- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will determine on the amount of labor and or parts/material included in the job. Military discounts are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process will begin with a phone call for an arrival time frame followed by a location that is best suited to park upon arrival. After this a knock on the front door or a ring of the door bell. Once I have greeted myself I will then ask to see the location of which the plumbing issue is taking place. Following this a proper diagnosis of what will be needed to resolve the issue, and then a price will be given to the customer.

I have worked for reputable plumbing companies in the Kansas City area in which I have gathered all of my background experience from.
