Constantly taking certificate courses to stay certified in information security and I study all the time to stay up on current programming technologies in C# and VB asp,net web development
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It started as a hobby and one day a friend mentioned that his dad owned a computer service and needed someone to help out. Five years later I had help grow the company exponentially and was general manager.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Virus removal and PC repair and sales are the number one tickets. Network security is a pretty hot topic as well.
