- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am flat rate each repair or replacement is Individual price. Part's x Mark-up plus labor. I will have to evaluate each job per job bases.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself learn home owner equipment Location and learn of any issues with current system and try to make sure everything is working at 100% before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do 8 hour's of continuing Education each year to keep up with new and or changes in what the Government makes for changeouts.
