Green Factor is without a doubt the most professional, efficient, knowledgeable insulation company that delivers excellent work, service and product. A crew of five men (Blue, Shawn, Collin, Manuel, Jeremy) worked flawlessly together in my attic to remove all existing insulation, sealing every source of any accessible air penetration through gaps, cracks, holes, and unsealed recessed light fixtures before installing cellulose insulation. The men worked together nonstop like a well oiled machine and so thoroughly cleaned everything afterwards that you didn't even know they had been there except for the fact that my home is staying much much warmer now. They could not have been more kind, respectful, and thorough. I didn't hesitate to use them because they did outstanding work on a previous project I had. They are unquestionably a top-notch company, and I am very grateful to have found them! Thank you and bless you!

So far we have been able to tell a big difference between now and before the insulation. Nathan was great, he was very knowledgeable and was always willing to answer questions. Blue and his team were great doing their work in the attic, he kept me informed of their progress and also answered my questions. They were great at keeping the house as clean as possible during this process, I'm impressed with how little there was to clean up afterwards. Jake and his team: Brayson, Jeremy, Dawson and Adam were fantastic with getting their work done in the crawlspace and basement. Jake went above and beyond in making sure things were done right. Even the office staff, Jennie and Stefanie did their best to stay on top of dealing with a few changes that we had during this process. Thank you GreenFactor for your hard work and amazing craftsmanship. Beforehand our house was unable to even maintain a temp of 73 during the summer. It would frequently go up to 76 or 77, struggling to cool. Even on days that weren't overly hot.. So far with the weather being 86 and up the house has easily maintained a temp of 71. A dramatic difference from before. We are all so excited to have these upgrades for the house and look forward to living in comfort years to come. Thank you again!!

I don't write many reviews. I save that for when I truly mean it. We have had Green Factor foam two of our attic spaces now. On both occasions, they removed old cellulose insulation as well. Isaac, Javier, Shawn and Collin were part of this crew. The best compliment is they were efficient, courteous and left the job site looking as if they had never been there...except new insulation. Kudos. Yes, as with most good businesses, they asked for a review if I was happy. It's a high compliment when your customer is more than willing to do just that. I would not hesitate to call them again for my insulation needs. This is a small company who still holds customer service in high regard.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Green Factor when they recently solved our radon gas problem in our home. Repeated home radon tests were showing radon levels above 10, which is dangerous. A building contractor friend referred us to Pam at Green Factor. One day after contacting Pam, she came out to assess our problems and gave us a detailed estimate for installation of mitigation systems. One week later, Judd, Tyler and Adam showed up at 8am and started working, and they finished the entire job by mid-afternoon. They were professional and courteous. They offered to wear shoe covers when working inside our home. And we appreciated that they were able to explain the science underlying radon mitigation. A pleasant surprise was that the final bill was reduced by $250 because part of the job turned out to be less complicated than expected. But best of all is that our radon readings are now down in the safe zone below 1. Highly recommend Green Factor for radon mitigation. -Sheldon Moss
