- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a client shows interest, I familiarize myself with the business, meet with the client to discuss their goals and needs. From there we sign a contract and work on getting access to (or creating) social media pages. I do some more research before posting begins on the agreed upon date. Payment for monthly services on an agreed upon date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A BA in Film and Media Production, 2 years as a social media manager, 5 years in media production.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly small to medium established businesses. A few individuals, one with an impending product launch.
