Introduction
My training philosophy is based on the fact that a person can never stop improving.
The body is a unique machine that needs to be maintained. It is our responsibility and duty to do the best we can with the body we've been given.
It is my goal as a personal trainer to enable each individual to work at his or her own potential.
I will accomplish this by teaching technique and proper body mechanics.
