What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To begin the process, I like to know little about the situation to make sure that my capabilities are in line with the needs of my client. From there, we set our first mediation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelors in communication and have completed my coursework in mediation.
