Introduction: I have been coaching tennis for almost 10 years. I have a USPTA certification, and have experience coaching all levels from picking up a racquet for the first time to a college athlete. Tennis has always been a passion of mine, as I enjoy playing for fun and in leagues as well as watching the pro tour. It’s a game I truly love and enjoy coaching. I’m really patient and want to see everyone improve each day to achieve their goals. That can include improving to play in a competitive league, making the team at your school, wanting to play at the college level, or just enjoy playing with your friends. Everyone has their own unique play style, and I like to tailor my concepts to each individual. It’s important to work hard toward your goals, but also more important to have fun along the way.

Private Tennis Instruction

Brian is great with my 14 year old daughter. She decided she wanted to play tennis on the high school team as she was going into her freshman year. She knew nothing about tennis and is not very athletic. He has been very patient with her and adjusted his teaching style and lessons to fit her needs and ability. He is always positive and encouraging. She thinks he is great. I am so glad we chose him for her instructor. I can’t imagine using anyone else now.

Brian has been great from the beginning.I have been scheduling tennis training for weeks now and I have learned a lot. Brian really spends the time to explain everything and helps target your weaknesses. Little adjustments can help with a swing or serve. I highly recommend.

Brian is the perfect tennis coach and gives you tips on improving your game with generating more top spin, foot movements and how to improve upon serves and service returns

Brian has been a fantastic tennis coach. He has helped me learn and refine my serve technique. He's responds very quickly to any texts, and also strings rackets for very low price.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Price is $50 per person. I do have semi-private/group lessons, and those are $10 extra per person - eg $60 for 2 people, $70 for 3 people, $80 for 4, etc.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I briefly evaluate the person when meeting them for the first time, then I will construct a practice/program on what needs to be improved on. I also work on improvements requested by the customer.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a USPTA certified tennis coach with 10+ years of experience, as well as being a coach at a tennis club for 5 years and coaching at two high schools.
