Steven reconnected by AC add a very reasonable price. He did not charge me any extra fees. His communication was very prompt. He was willing to come out on a Saturday night to make sure I was up and running. He came back on Monday afternoon to double check everything. A few days later I was installing my new thermostat, he walked me through it before he left and even wrote a diagram down. I texted him and sent videos while I was installing, and he helped me the whole way through. He is the best I highly recommend. 10 out of 10.

Steven was great to work with. Explained what it would take to put in our split air/heat unit in the garage. He got us in quickly and completed the job today. Showed how to work the unit and cleaned up all of the trash for us so we wouldn’t have to. Was very professional and used his time to complete the work. I would recommend Cozy Home Solutions to everyone. Great experience!! We will definitely use him again.
