- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once I learn the ins and outs of the project, I typically estimate how much time I think it will take to completion and multiply that by my hourly rate, providing you with a total cost estimate. Unless you change the requirements or deliverables of the project, I will stick to the estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read. Lots. I also built and manage my own website and personal blog and social media, which helps keep me up-to-speed.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've coordinated all the marketing activities involved in getting a start-up off the ground and re-branding a current business. As far as single projects, I have provided a library of content (posts) used to enhance the social media efforts of both small, 2-person and large firms with a sales force. I have also written web copy and other communications materials, as well as pitched story ideas to the media.
