- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No monthly gym membership! Only pay for the training sessions you need. You can pay per session, or you can sign up for a complete training package. The more sessions you buy, the more you save. We have monthly, quarterly, and 6-month package options. We offer military and public service discounts, as well as rewarding referrals with discounts and free sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll start with a free consultation where we'll go over your goals, struggles, your health and fitness background. From there we will put together a program specifically for you that will fit your needs and help you reach your goals. Once we select what package works best for you and your budget, we can get started right away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received by Personal Training Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I'm also in the process of getting certified as a Virtual Coaching Specialist.
