The 2 workers(rick and kevin) were very personable and complemented each other abilities well. Although I am no professional, they were very willing to listen to my ideas. As I know they have several jobs going on at once this time of year,they were very willing to use sunny days on their outdoor jobs which allowed me time to paint and some other updates. I am very impressed with their ability to remodel my kitchen in a 65 year old house that had settled quite a bit. My project came out very well and my wife is very happy as well

Allservice Construction has been a Godsend for me. They have painted the entire interior of my rental property. They have been responsible for getting my rental property totally move in ready. It all started with the painting. I then had an insurance claim to repair a roof, and drywall and paint in 2 bedroons that had water damage. I just kept adding things ro the "to do list." Fred acxepted and handled everything. No matter my request, he had no problem completing them, and I had many. He even changed the color of a wall after I told him I didn't like the color on the wall. I have alot more exterior work to be done that he will be completing. I can go on and on about this company. I am just so happy I found them. I had already looked around before finding him. No one could get to my requests. If there is something he doesn't not do, he knows someone that does, from carpet and floor cleaning, to an electrician. Working with him and his family has been a pleasure. I wish them the best. If he made out of state calls, I would hire him in a heartbeat. Bless you for everything you did for me.

We needed a hole in our celing repaired, some windows and a door framed in. Fred did an excellent job making everything match. Exceeded our expectations getting ceiling texture to blend. It required a lot of work, scraping popcorn, replacing some drywall, new texture and paint. All work looks great! Thks Fred!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a software program called Xactimate. It is an insurance based system is designed for each city in the United States. Ours is priced for South Central Kansas. It is updated every Quarter to insure our pricing is fair and accurate. also it is very detailed for the customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial estimate when we meet new customers, is when we see if we are a good fit for that customer. In other words are there needs and expectations going to be met by our company.The answer usually is yes because we are so diversified in our services that we offer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors degree in Business General Contractor City of Wichita CMRS- certified mold remediation supervisor WRT- Building water intrusion specialist Fire and Smoke damage certified NADA- air duct cleaning certified 35 years experience in all phases of construction
