We hired BITE ME to cater our wedding. The wedding was in Manhattan, KS and we were living in Florida at the time. Dave was extremely responsive and very easy to work with, even with never meeting face to face during planning. The food was soooooo good. I have eaten at a ton of BBQ joints across the country with a lot of that time in KC. I seriously mean this in that BITE ME can compete with the big boys in KC, it's that good. He had a team that was very professional as well. I would hire BITE ME for any catering event again in the future.

Bite Me Barbecue catered our wedding of 250 guests. After my first meeting to discuss the menu options I knew I would not have to question the integrity of the food or service. It was an hors d'oeuvre cocktail party wedding and my guests still rave to this day about how delicious the food was. Not only that, the staff were amazing! They were super efficient and genuinely were having a great time serving the guests. They are not just limited to barbecue, they can do just about ANYTHING!! Bite Me was a HUGE part of making our wedding day perfect. I'm looking for an excuse to hire them again just to have one of their brisket sliders with a caprese skewer :)

This mouth watering food will satisfy your tummy every time! My family and I have had the pleasure of enjoying Bite Me BBQ on several occasions. Our experience has been none less then top notch! The variety of food is not only delicious, the atmosphere they provide along with exceptional customer service is unbeatable. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standard pricing for many of our food items but keep in mind we can make almost anything and with that we will price each item accordingly on a "per plate" basis.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take each new customer and listen to their needs. We acknowledge their comments and put together a suggested package to begin the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BITE ME has many years of catering experience. From formal dinners to laid back barn parties, we have served a lot of food. We also have our mobile BBQ Shack we have taken to fairs, car shows, etc. and received many positive comments from not only the quality but the portions as well.
