- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First of all, we know we are not going to be your cheapest bid. but we are sure you will get what you pay for. We have to consider the overhead where some of my competition doesn't worry about things like insurance. Also, bundled prices are always cheaper than projects one by one- so if you have multiple things you want done (even non painting or cleaning Items) you should mention it all to see if we can give you a great deal. For example if you want to get you popcorn ceilings removed, we offer a huge discount to do get popcorn removed, texture applied, and painted ceilings. Also. 2 rooms will be cheaper per room than if you only want one painted and so on.

I have over 25 years experience in the field. I started at the bottom and worked hard to work my way up
- What types of customers have you worked with?
i have dear customers who know exactly how they want their space to look, customers who have no clue, and everything in between. As long as we can work together to figure it out together, we will be just fine.
