- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have referral programs as well as bundle discounts for fertilizing and mowing services. Pricing is based on the sq ft. of your lawn. We measure every lawn to get you the best price!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk with the customer and get details such as phone number, email address, home address and phone numbers. We measure the property (usually online) and are able to get you an estimate on your property fast! Once the customer confirms service we then put that customer on the schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed in the state of Kansas for pesticide application in turf and trees. We also hold a license for spraying bare ground areas. (parking lots, gravel roads, walk ways etc)
