FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Kitchen installation labor is priced per cabinet, while closet installation is priced according to the system’s size and complexity. We provide transparent, design-specific pricing—simply upload your IKEA plan to receive a detailed quote. Customers who schedule a kitchen installation with us receive 10% off labor for one closet and 20% off labor for each additional closet. Discounts apply to labor only; customers purchase all IKEA components. We install IKEA products exclusively. We also offer inventory verification, saving you from the time-consuming task of identifying and organizing the 400-plus components commonly included in a kitchen delivery.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with your IKEA kitchen design, which IKEA offers at no charge. Upload the completed plan and we will review it and provide a detailed quote. Once approved, we coordinate scheduling, confirm project readiness, and complete assembly and installation efficiently. For closet projects, we can also assist with the design.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We bring more than 10 years of hands-on cabinet installation experience, supported by over 20 years of operational excellence and project management experience. This combination allows us to deliver precise workmanship, clear communication, organized scheduling, and an efficient installation process.
