Hi, I’m Nathan! I specialize exclusively in building Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs, or tiny homes) and new homes that reflect you. I build with the mindset that every project should outlast me. That means going beyond code minimums, paying close attention to the details that separate “fine” from “exceptional,” and treating your project like something I will be proud to drive past years from now. Construction runs in my blood. I learned carpentry from my grandfather, a union carpenter. My dad is an engineer, so precision and structural logic were part of daily life growing up. Most of my projects begin with CAD drawings and 3D renderings, so you are never guessing what you are getting. You see it before we build it. I also come from a professional, office-world background, and that shows up in the way I work: -I answer emails. -I return calls. -I show up when I say I will. -I give you real timelines and straight answers. -I do not disappear when things get complicated. It still surprises me how often basic communication is missing in construction. With me, you will always know what is happening, what is next, and why.
