I take all kinds of portraits! I love proposals, engagements, weddings, seniors and families. Honestly I just love people! I am growing this business quickly, 24 booked weddings for 2024 and 2025 is filling up. I worked full time for the last 25 years in a non-profit. I worked with middle school, high school and college aged people. People are my thing! I know what people need during a photo session, clear direction from someone who can connect with all the people (or animals). I will work hard to make your session the best! Whatever you need, I will do it. We will have fun together and feel like family from then on. My style of photos are mostly a bright vibe. Wendy was just what we were looking for. She was very responsive, and informative when we called to ask questions. But just as importantly, she was patient as my son’s Fiancé performed her diligence. We checked around, and when compiling a position on a photographer to move forward with, Wendy was the obvious choice. First off, you can stop looking for a photographer. You found her. I cannot possibly say enough good things about Wendy. My original photographer turned out to be a scam artist and Wendy swooped in just weeks before my wedding and totally saved the day. I wish that Wendy is who I had found from the start! She’s so responsive and such a delight to talk to, I had guests at my wedding telling me how much they loved our photographer even before seeing photos. Her energy is amazing, we had an extremely small intimate wedding and she totally felt and went with our vibe and honestly, it felt more like having an exceedingly talented friend there. That is, of course, not to say that she isn’t a consummate professional, just fantastic at her job and managed to get the million family portraits, and wrangle all the guests gracefully. She captured wonderful, candid, natural, authentic moments between my husband and I, as well as just stunning portraits and staged bridal shots that look effortless. (Which is absolutely a feat, considering My now husband threw his back out the day before!) I have honestly never felt more beautiful than I do in the photos Wendy took-and these are just from our sneak preview! Her work speaks for itself, our photos are absolutely gorgeous, I could not be more pleased with the photos of our day. She truly went above and beyond, the weather was iffy, and our wedding was outdoors, and she actually went over to the location that morning to check how wet the ground might be an offer alternate solutions in a worst case scenario. She is a complete ninja of a photographer, the coverage she got looks like she had a second shooter, but she was so stealth in moving around the ceremony-I don’t know how she did it. I am beyond grateful for her kindness, pure talent, and incredibly positive energy. You will not be disappointed in hiring Wendy to photograph your wedding.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee includes all edited photos. You pay one fee and get all the photos that are great!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk to you to get an idea of what you are looking for. Give you a quote based on that information. Booking is a minimum of 10%. And once booked I follow up with a planning call to go over details.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken in person classes and many online courses.
