Exceptional Work from Navidad Painting! I hired Navidad Painting to paint the entire interior of my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the crew was professional, punctual, and incredibly detail-oriented. They took great care in prepping the walls, protecting my floors and furniture, and ensuring a smooth, even finish on every surface.

Ivan and his crew pulled off a miracle with my nightmare of a primary bedroom and walk-in closet (peeling ceilings, mismatched/inconsistent texture, and unsightly DIY wall and trim repairs everywhere). General contractors were wanting between $6000-7000+ for a full texture removal, skim coat, and repaint, and they were able to accomplish the task for almost half the price, using high quality SW paint. Everybody was friendly, respectful of my house, cleaned up after themselves, and were overall amazing to work with. I don't mention any of the following to scare anybody away from using Navidad (I plan on using them again in a heartbeat), but even as an admittedly picky person, I do have to deduct 1 star for attention to detail. Some of the things I noticed after the crew called Ivan to say they were done: - after 2 coats of paint, there was a lot of visible white primer showing through the green paint along the ceiling, around windows/shelves, and other areas that required hand brushing (cutting) - a lot of trim paint already peeling and rough in texture. Ivan said it was likely drywall dust from the texture removal that had settled and was not properly cleaned off or prepped before or between coats - a small area of the ceiling that was missed - some noticible paint runs & jagged lines - small holes in the wall that were not patched quite right (sunken in, not smooth) No paint job, especially on a 116 year old house with a ton of defects, is going to be perfect without spending a fortune, but some of these misses were surprising. I recommend doing a detailed walk through at the end of each day to catch & address things early. Ivan cares a lot about his work, guarantees labor/material for 5 years, was very prompt/responsive about fixing my "hitlist", and even offered to come back and do trim touch up after I have carpet installed later. Overall, I hope this can be an objective, helpful, and honest review that can give people an idea of what to expect and watch out for (as you should with any contractor). Overall, I love my new bedroom, and Navidad has earned my business again!

Ivan and crew did a good job painting my exterior trim after a wood rot repair. They are professional, easy to work with. I would hire them again.
