My furnace went out, so I called Vortex to take a look. It turned out the system was pretty old and needed to be replaced. They were able to get me on their schedule the very next day, and the crew stayed until 8 PM to make sure we had heat again. Really appreciated how quickly they handled everything and made sure the job was done
