Ryan and the contractor teams did an amazing job. We are extremely pleased with the refinished beautiful oak wood floors and our new carpet treatments. The guys were very friendly to work with and accomodating to all our needs.

I had some new areas of hard wood put in and all sanded an d restrained. Great job. Love my new floors. Better communications with installer would be my only recommendation for improvement. Will use again if I have another project.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our consultation is completely free, and we offer upfront pricing with no hidden fees. During the consultation, we'll provide you with a price for your project that won’t change. For more complex projects, we may need to do some additional research to find the right product for your job at the best possible price before providing a final estimate. However, 90% of the time, you'll have our price by the end of the visit.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All of our design associates travel to the customer in our mobile showroom with over 3,000 product samples.
We believe it is important to travel to the customer so we truly understand the space and the project. There is no substitute for seeing the product in your lighting against your wall colors and furniture - it provides the confidence that you have chosen the right product.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our design associates have a background in a field that supports the process whether that's a career in flooring, customer experience, or designing and developing fashion products.
In addition, everyone on our team completes 100 hours of continuing education yearly on the latest trends in design and install so we have the confidence to help our customers.
