Lance started his own deck building company his senior year of high school, and that company evolved over the next decade into what is now ReTouch. He was licensed as a Class A General Contractor in 2003, and has been focused on building and improving the company in a way that it will continue serving its clients better each day. Lance's business philosophy: "I believe that work should be approached as an opportunity to build lasting relationships and to improve the lives of those we touch. We don't "deal with" clients in order to do our own thing, we create a system that will most effectively meet the needs of our clients. This requires deep honesty, frequent and responsive contact, and sensitive competence. For all of the pressure of building and running a company, I still love waking up every morning and having the opportunity to help my clients accomplish their goals in a way they couldn't without me."
