My children have grown up at Young Artists Music Academy, and I cannot thank the teachers enough. Ms. Tatiana, Ms. Marina, Mr Vlad care about every aspect of their students' growth and future, even beyond the time that your child is with them. If you want your child to be the next world concert pianist, they will take him/her there. Truly. But if you want your child to become the best he/she can be at music, performance, art, work ethic, mental strength, you will be mesmerized at how these teachers achieve this and more in your child. They find talent in each one of their students and give their all so your child sees this for him/herself and shines. The beautiful music and high-quality playing produced by their students is testament to the vision and care these outstanding teachers have for each student. Any child who is so fortunate to be taught by them is shaped for life.

YAMA is truly a place where young artists can discover both music and themselves. At the same time of receiving highly professional guidance on piano learning, students also receive theory and aural training which provides more solid ground for future musicianship development. YAMA teaches students to appreciate music on a level unrivaled by many other music academies.

The professional instructors at the Young Artists Music Academy will give your child and young adult the best instruction in piano, theory and music. They not only teach piano, but excel in teaching technique, dynamics and push the students to accomplish truly great things. The recitals are always exceptional and students rapidly progress into accomplished musicians.

Young Artist Music Academy is probably the best and the most professional piano training place in Kansas! The teachers are very professional and top of the line! My son (age 12) started piano as a beginner with YAMA a year and five months ago, and he is already playing Chopin Etudes, Liszt, and Kabalevsky concerto. It is absolutely amazing! Absolutely the best!

Learning classical piano music from the Young Artists Music Academy was the best thing I could have done for myself; I received an in-depth, all-encompassing musical education from dedicated teachers with an infectious passion for this art form.
Ms. Tatiana spent countless hours to help me not only elicit the meaning and emotion in each note but also connect with the piece as a whole and to the audience. She guided me to find my own, natural sound because of which I am now able to pursue a dual degree with music.
True music should fill the heart and feed the soul. No teacher could have better shown me that than those at the Young Artists Music Academy.

We offer “packages” of different classes and lessons for the discounted price to encourage parents to give more learning opportunities to their children.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, first we meet with the new students for the interview/audition. We talk about their goals and dreams, and suggest the appropriate program for each individual student
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our teachers have master’s and doctorate degrees, they are Concert pianists with many years of experience in performing and teaching any level of students.
