FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep our fees reasonable and straight forward as much as possible. Our Early Filers and Senior clients receive discounts. We do not like getting surprises when it comes to expenses and we know our clients do not like that either, which is why we will quote a rate prior to completing the work. Also, our fees do not creep up each year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love getting to know our clients and finding out what their goals and ambitions are in life. Knowing these things brings helps us to ask questions to uncover concerns and areas to concentrate on for tax planning strategies. Often we uncover simple things our clients can do to improve their financial health and build a path to financial success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our tax preparers have a minimum of a four college degree and have a strong experience in working in tax preparation in public accounting or firms. Our tax preparers have various certifications from being a CPA or registered with the IRS as a Registered Paid Tax Preparer. Some preparers have held licenses in Securities Brokerage Services, Health and Insurance Licenses. Bellwether does not provide or sell those Financial products.
