- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All work is quoted up front . I use a flat rate system with discounts for additional work and seniors. All work is COD.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I thank them for calling and ask them " how i can help." Then i usually ask questions, because a lot of small things can be diagnosed over the phone. Then i offer them the first available appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Licensed Master Plumber.
