Our experience with Gentleman Plumbing was excellent. Our house is 100+ years old and most of the sewer/water was original, so it was well overdue to be replaced. We initially worked with Grant to determine the necessary scope of work before realizing this was a much bigger job that we needed to prepare for financially. Throughout that months-long process, GP worked with us and remained available anytime we had a question or as our timetable changed. When we were ready to move forward, they promptly put us on their schedule and began almost immediately. For any request or change we made, they accommodated it. Every single person on the crew (Grant, Chris, Anthony, and anyone else whose name I didn't get) was fantastic, and GP was able to even communicate directly with our insurance adjuster to ensure they had the necessary info to provide coverage for additional work that needed to be done. We would recommend them to anyone and definitely will work with them again in the future.
