I had a great experience working with Rabah from Heating and Cooling KC. My rental property’s AC failed during a very hot period, and with tenants without cooling, I needed someone who could respond quickly and handle the situation professionally.

Rabah was extremely responsive from the beginning. He coordinated directly with my property manager and tenant, explained the options clearly, and helped me understand that replacing the old 20+ year system was the right long-term solution instead of continuing to spend money on temporary repairs.

He provided a very competitive estimate, kept me updated throughout the process, and even went above and beyond by adding refrigerant to temporarily get the old AC running while waiting for the replacement — without charging extra. That level of customer service really stood out.

The installation was completed quickly and professionally. He upgraded the system to a Rheem unit, replaced additional items that needed attention, kept the price as promised, and sent pictures and updates since I was managing the property remotely.

I truly appreciate Rabah and his team’s hard work and would highly recommend Heating and Cooling KC to anyone needing HVAC service or replacement.

Rabah was absolutely amazing! He came out for what I thought was just a routine AC maintenance visit, but he took the time to thoroughly inspect everything, clean my unit and the motor, and explain exactly what he found.

What I appreciated most was that he never came across as pushy or like a salesperson. He simply explained what needed attention, what he recommended, and let me make my own decision. His prices were fair, and his customer service was exceptional.

As a woman, I'm always a little wary of home repair appointments because it's hard to know who you can trust. Rabah made me feel completely comfortable and treated me with honesty and respect. I'm truly grateful for his professionalism, integrity, and kindness. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an HVAC technician they can trust! 😊

Rabah did a great job adding a duct to a bedroom for us on short notice. He communicated well and showed up promptly. He explained options and quoted me a fair price. He came back a couple days later and got the work done efficiently and I'm happy with the work he did. I would definitely hire him and his company again.

I absolutely 1000% recommend Rabah to fix any furnace and /or install a new AC unit. Although I have a home warranty with "A B"annoying company, they are VERY overpriced, upselling and not at all looking out for their customers. They only look out for themselves. When I found Rabah and he's fixed my furnace AND months later just installed a new AC unit, I knew I made the right decision! His professionalism, customer oriented honesty is top notch. I will use Rabah for all my furnace/ac/hot water heater needs! Highly recommend!
