Josh is a very passionate advocate and i can tell he gets a lot of fulfillment and satisfaction for bringing forth the truth for his clients and winning cases. Your legal situation is stressful enough. All of the legal fees associated with your case are explained to you up front that way there are no surprises or additional stress added throughout your case.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet prior to being hired for a free consultation. I try to answer all the questions you may have, but some can not be answered until the evidence in your specific case is reviewed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor's Degree in Political Science with a Minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Missouri - Kansas City. Law Degree from the University of Missouri - Kansas City.
