Darrell Smith is afraid of taking a case to trial. He will also tell his clients one thing, then he won't be able to produce any results of success. After several years of lying in court and to his client. Bullying the defendant along the way. Darrell will resign off your case, giving an excuse due to fear. I wouldn't recommend him as your next selection. Unless you enjoy being lied too and losing case's!
