Shane is one of those few rare people who really like to do the job right (I don't think he would feel right if the job wasn't done right :-)). And he can keep his word when he promises something. He replaced our window sill, that we had to postpone several times because of weather, family issues etc. But we could rely on Shane that he will do it and that he will do it right. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Meet with the client face to face, discussing the specific needs and results desired.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Many years cutting grass and taking care of lawns. Refinishing tables and chairs is a passion of mine. No formal education on either, just trial and error until its done right.
