March 1st- May30th turn around time could be 2-3wks due to high demand! Please include a photo of your mower, and address for the most accurate and timely quote possible. Being a mobile mower repair business allows me to help people who would normally not be able to obtain service without costly transport expenses. I enjoy seeing the smile on my customers face when they have their equipment repaired or serviced at their home with little to no downtime. And the peace of mind it's all backed with a warranty they can trust! I currently serve Overlandpark, parts of Shawnee and Lenexa, Olathe, Gardner, and Spring Hill. Where have you been all of my life? Prompt, thorough, and very friendly mower service…and at my home. No more mower schlepping! Kiel, was so great. My mower required a “ hard to find” part. He tracked it down and had me up and going quickly even in the heart of the busiest mower season. Thank you! I’m a customer for life.

What a great service. Reached out on Easter Sunday and was over the next day to diagnose and even prevent a more costly and time consuming fix of a belt busting. Awesome Service and beats trying to load up a mower and take to a small engine shop only to be without a mower for a week plus. Got oil changed, blades sharpened and cleaned up for the same cost it would be to take it somewhere and I was mowing again the same day which is huge this time of year! Thank you!

I had a really great experience with this gentleman. He was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. If I’m being honest, I can’t really speak to the financial value, as in price comparison, because I simply don’t know. This was my first time requesting a service like this. What I do know is that he was upfront about all costs and repair details and he came to my house to do the repair, which saved me a lot of time and money. Simply just trying to figure out what it is I needed to fix, and then doing the labor, and probably more than a few setbacks in between that whole mess. Taking it to a shop to have it fixed was not an option for me as I have no way to transport the lawnmower. Having done that once before I do know that although the work was credible, I probably could’ve saved more money buying a new lawnmower. And I had to wait a few weeks to get it done. So comparatively my experience with Kiel Tompkins was faster, easier, didn’t require me to leave my home or transport anything, and much less expensive than my experience of going through a shop to have the same service. I feel like I easily came out on top on this one! I simply couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the actual job as opposed to flat pricing I feel this is more fair and gives my clients a better value for their dollar. Tune-up Push Mowers $65-$125 depending on model Big box riding lawn mowers $145-$200 depending on engine model. Big box zero turn $165-$275 depending on model
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The location the work is to be done at, as well as the mower and mowers engine model and serial number help to provide accurate pricing for both tuneups and repairs. I can not provide accurate pricing for repairs with out the model and serial number on the equipment.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had many neighbors who were unable to take there mower to a repair shop without a costly pick up and delivery fee so I brought the repair shop to them and saved them time and money in the process.
