- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the actual job as opposed to flat pricing I feel this is more fair and gives my clients a better value for their dollar. Also a trip charge is required for all diagnostic visits, which is waived if hired to complete the work. Tune-up Push Mowers $65-$125 depending on model Big box riding lawn mowers $145-$200 depending on engine model. Big box zero turn $165-$275 depending on model
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The location the work is to be done at, as well as the mower and mowers engine model and serial number help to provide accurate pricing for both tuneups and repairs. I can not provide accurate pricing for repairs with out the model and serial number on the equipment.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had many neighbors who were unable to take there mower to a repair shop without a costly pick up and delivery fee so I brought the repair shop to them and saved them time and money in the process.
