Tiffany Reed

As an experienced elementary school teacher, my focus is to develop a customized learning plan based on student's individual strengths, learning styles, interests, and areas that need improvement in order to maximize academic growth. I specifically work with students 1st-6th grade in all content areas. I enjoy motivating and encouraging students towards a level of independence where they develop a desire to learn and think for themselves. I take pride in using many different teaching strategies in order to maximize engagement and growth for each individual student based on their needs. For me, making students feel important by respecting and supporting them throughout the learning process is crucial.
