The thing I appreciated most about Creek Tree, was they advised instead of just doing what I asked for. I asked for fill dirt around the back of my house, but they told me that I really just needed they existing dirt moved in order to create positive water flow. This cost slightly less money and they were right, this was really what was needed. They also gave me other advice, which I decided not to do at this time, and they did not pressure me. They were friendly and professional.

Creek Tree Service has beautified our 100 year old oak trees! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We hand out door hangers for discounts, flyers at the old settlers parade, and previous customers get discount coupons sent to them 6-8x per year!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a time for a face to face meeting to discuss the goals of the customer, depending on the goals we would discuss whether that can be done at this time of year or at all even. Our #1 priority is educating our clients to make the best decision possible
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through the state for arborist work, I have 10 years of professional experience and between everyone employed we have over 50 years in the industry!
