Bruce and Keith were absolutely outstanding! They were extremely professional, helpful, and efficient from start to finish. They quickly diagnosed the issue, snaked the drain, and fixed the pipe leak in under an hour with minimal disruption to our daily routine.What impressed me most was their clear communication. The folks are good at what they do at a fair price. I called with a shower issue, they gave me a quote, found out that the issue was simpler than what they had quoted me for and dropped the price accordingly. The honesty really impressed me and Keith Hurd is an enjoyable person to talk with. I don't remember his partners name, but he was willing to explain everything they were doing, which was really appreciated. I will definitely use this plumbing service in the future.

I received advice from a local plumbing company when I had a small leak from a kitchen sink penetrating through the wood ceiling downstairs. It would require tearing out a ceiling, etc. When I called Tried and True, Kyle found the small problem right underneath my kitchen sink and immediately repaired a plastic drain line. This saved me the headache of a major construction project. I will definitely use only this plumbing service for all of my future needs. Highly recommended with an honest approach and extremely professional knowledge about the plumbing industry. Five stars! Thank you Kyle!
