They came out within the hour to take a look at both my toilets! The day after a snowstorm! The two young men were very professional and quick. I am very impressed with their service, especially since one toilet's flush handle was so calcified you couldn't move it. All fixed now, very happy.

The folks are good at what they do at a fair price. I called with a shower issue, they gave me a quote, found out that the issue was simpler than what they had quoted me for and dropped the price accordingly. The honesty really impressed me and Keith Hurd is an enjoyable person to talk with. I don't remember his partners name, but he was willing to explain everything they were doing, which was really appreciated. I will definitely use this plumbing service in the future.
