I care about how your pet looks and feels . Pets are people too. Don't you feel better after you've had a shower or a new haircut or some new clothes ? Yes we all do . The same with our pets even tho they go roll in the dirt after all the hard work and money spent . That's their way of showing off there new you !!! So to speak ! The interactions with thy pet, and making them feel better. If a pet is matted , it's a horrible feeling for them it hurts it's uncomfortable and your pet likely to be as friendly.
