Super professional and nice. Heating went out over holiday weekend when it was super cold, and they advised what it would cost to come out then, and workarounds so it would be less. haven't had a problem since.

The 1st person from ASAP was a no show. After 3+ hours received a text giving reason why they were late. This was after multiple attempts trying to contact this plumber w/0 any response.
Dick Ray responded right away and came out within 2 hours after we 1st contacted them and fixed our clogged main. Thanks Cody with Dick Ray Master Plumber!!!

Showed up on time and was very polite. Price was close to what was quoted which was nice as plumbing issues are hard to give quotes. Will 100 percent use again.

Dick Ray came out to my parents house and fixed their AC unit, after multiple other companies said it needed to be replaced. The unit has worked perfectly ever since. They were beyond friendly and professional throughout the entire experience. They let my parents know what their options were and kept them up to date throughout the entire process. So glad we decided to get another opinion. :)
