I would also rate Professionalism if I were allowed to choose more than 3 categories. Punctuality was not applicable as this was all done virtually. Conrad reviewed my closing documents swiftly, followed up if I missed responding to my title company, and gave great advice. My closing was straight-forward, but I felt confident approaching it with him on my side to verify I wasn't missing a critical step in the for sale by owner process.
