We’re a family of three living in the suburbs of Kansas City. We’ve been in KC since 2011, and think it’s the perfect place to raise our daughter. We love playing slow pitch softball and sand volleyball, photography, and all things Disney. Our German Shepherd and Australian Shepherd boys keep us very busy with their high energy. Every night we sit outside by our back yard koi pond, or by our front yard waterfall, because it’s relaxing and life is crazy. It feels like creating water features for a living is crazy too, but here we are, trying to live out this new dream.
We would love to talk with you about designing and installing a water feature for your yard. After all, Kansas City is The City of Fountains!

My experience with Joshua/Inland Shores was great! He communicated with me prior to our meetings, showed up when he said he would, and did an excellent job of eliminating the leaks and directing the falls on my water feature. I will be using them again for my routine services and any problems that arise going forward.

What a pleasure it is to find company with an owner (Joshua) who is reasonably priced, under promises and over delivers! We inherited a pond when we bought our house in June 2023. It hadnt been serviced in years and the condition was so bad, we were even considering just filling it in. Wed gotten several quotes to restore it and all of them were quite a bit out of our budget. Some even charged for the evaluation. Then, luckily, we received a flier for Inland Shores in the mail. Joshua came out and we immediately trusted him. He removed all of the rocks, replaced the liner, installed new underwater lighting and reinstalled everything to look like it was supposed to look. He has continued (after payment in full) to support us with advice on plants, upkeep and has even helped us with a supply of fish. We now have a destination instead of an eyesore. As you can see, we cant recommend Joshua of Inland Water highly enough.

Joshua was awesome! He performed overall maintenance on our above ground fountain, including leveling all 3 sections, cleaning, and placement. He was responsive to messages, super friendly, arrived on time and abruptly performed the tasks. Highly recommend!
