Our electrician was able to solve an issue with a 3-pole programmable switch that three other techs couldn't figure out. Not only did he do the job well but we received a thank you note within 48 hours for our business.

In the 40+ year-old home we recently purchased, we needed an electrician to figure out the wiring above the ceiling fan in the master bedroom so that the wall switch that worked the fan did not also turn off the power to all the wall outlets in the room. Additionally, we needed a new wall outlet "dropped" into to the attached master bath. The scheduling office worked to get an electrician out to our house as soon as possible. When Cory arrived, he got the situation figured out quickly, provided a very reasonable quote, and got right to work. Cory completed the work quickly and professionally and cleaned up afterwards. We love being able to turn off our overhead light/fan without also accidentally turning off our alarm clock!

Corey called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way (he called earlier but I was busy at work, but still honored the original time). I really like it when a technician wears those coverings over their shoes when they come into the house, so we're starting off really great.
Talked through the job of replacing a few light switches and outlets, and that I had a suspicion that I had aluminum wiring. He popped a cover off the light switch to take a quick look and he mentioned it looked like it was aluminum, though it was connected to copper wire.
So we agreed on a price, and he got to work. After about an hour and a half, he was finished. We tested everything and he cleaned up everything (another point for awesome). I received my invoice, shook his hand, and I am pretty happy.
The price for everything came out to about $250, which I feel is acceptable because there are two things I don't want to mess up in a house: electrical and plumbing. I will gladly pay for the peace of mind a licensed and insured professional requests for a job. Corey has done a fantastic job in allaying my fears: aluminum wiring and my own handiwork (which would have been terrible).

Matt Reed arrived on time and was very professional listened to what I needed done now and got the ceiling fan installed and working perfectly without having to install any more wiring. The price was fair and he was particular that the fan, ceiling light and remote were installed and were not making any unwanted noises. Will use Mr. Electric again when the need arises.
